- Agreement: By using our website or booking a stay, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please do not use the site.
- Bookings & Payments: All bookings are subject to availability. Payment must be completed at the time of booking. We accept the payment methods displayed on the website or on the booking agent’s site.
- Cancellation & Refund: Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to booking commencement date receive a full refund minus fees incurred. Cancellations within 7-14 days of booking date incur charges of 50%. No-show equals full payment.
- Rates & Changes: Rates may change but confirmed booking rates are honored. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing.
- Guests’ Responsibilities: You consent to lawful behavior. You’re responsible for property damage. Charges may apply. Quiet hours are between 2200 and 0800.
- Check-in & Check-out: Standard check-in is at 1400; check-out is at 1000. Early/late check-in/out may be available upon request.
- Property Access: We may access rooms for maintenance or emergencies. We’ll give reasonable notice for non-emergencies.
- Liability: We are not liable for loss/damage of personal belongings. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters).
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by South African law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
- Changes to Terms: We may revise these terms; changes apply to bookings after the “Last Updated” date.
